Took the family while on vacation. The service was excellent, the waitress took extra care to be kind to my kids. Made us all feel like family. Portions were large and the food was great. All three of my kids were asking if they could come back the next day. Dumplings were perfect and some of the best kolache I’ve had in a long time.

Found out new owner , so wanted to check out how well new owner is doing to a well established 30 year restaurant serving Bohemian style food. New owner was handling the bar and 2 waitresses in dinning area, looking for more help she said, but the staff really husseled to keep good service 👍 had great food for reasonable prices and new now is free refills for non alcoholic drinks, everything from soup to dessert was delicious 😋 You should give it a try, we did and will go back.

Very home-like atmosphere. Genuine Czech cuisine! Love the imported beers at reasonable prices.

I've eaten here my whole life. It has always always always been absolutely delicious. I usually get half duck half bread pork tenderloin, bread Dumplings, liver dumpling soup and then I take some fruit Dumplings home as well. The inside is always filled with their old customers, and I detest the parking lot as it's old falling apart and small. Sometimes it's hard to get refills, but I've never had a rude server. And the food has always been top notch

Food is delicious but the older waitress is very rude. The old man at the bar called me cheap in front of a bar full of people because I had a 10% off coupon. The waitress threw the coupon on the table and said it's no good. Get rid of that waitress and then you will have the most delicious food. The new owner is very friendly. I'll go back and pray I don't get that waitress. Been there 3 times in less than a month and the waitress is always rude and not friendly.

If you want traditional Bohemian food in an open and friendly setting, try this place. They have a big bar and a bigger dining room. The help is friendly and eager to please. It's a bit out of the way but Google maps will get you there.

Good solid old world food. Not a huge selection but all the favorites are there. Plain decor. Great service.

I grew up eating my grandmother's Czech food, so I'm a tough critic in this regard. I had the beef noodle soup. dill roast beef, and bread dumplings. OMG, it was ALL delicious! The soup was clearly homemade, and normally I bring my soup home but here I finished the entire thing and wanted another bowl, plus more to take home. The dill gravy roast beef was seriously addicting - the dill flavor of the gravy was so fresh and clean tasting, which really complimented the roast beef so incredibly well; the portion was quite large, and I nearly ate all of it there at the restaurant! Then there were those bread dumplings, which were by far the best I've ever had. Again, I could have eaten 5 orders of those things because they were genuinely that good. I tried to save some of my dinner for take home so I could have it the next day, but I only managed to bring back a teeny little bit! I also had a fountain Coke to drink, and even that was good - it tasted like the ones I'd get way back in the 1970's, where the flavor was pronounced and not watered down. For desert I had chocolate ice cream, which was high-quality, and I had a decent portion size with this as well. Our server was pleasant and attentive. For the price of this dinner you cannot go wrong - it's an awesome value, and a seriously good meal!
