I understand they maybe under staffed but toook way way to long to order 1 cup of coffee. They have one guy running the show on the busiest street. Amigo in there is cool but its all about convenience.

This is the DD I usually go to in this area. Staff is always nice and my coffee tastes good most of the time. They used to struggle with the cook on their breakfast items for a while but it definitely has been better recently. If you put in a complaint the manager is good at getting back to you, apologizing, and offering you free food in the future to make up for it. Also is a convenient location.

Just asked for another coffee asking for 6 PUMPS of caramel this time only to still get what tasted like a black coffee... This keeps happening, Ive brought it up twice now, so every time the workers continue to be skimping on the flavor pumps, they're getting a lower score. Seriously should be no reason I should have to ask for 6 or 7 pumps just to get what's actually 2-3 because they just want to jerk the pump real fast and they can't even take an extra second or 2 to care to give me what Im expecting to pay for. Monster mean beans at the gas station has literally become a better deal because I at least can know what to expect from what I'm getting.

They can't even fill up a god damn beverage. Typical Dunkin', what a filthy corporation..no wonder it's looked down upon. Dunkin is like the McDonald's of fast food donuts and coffee.

I have a confession to make...... I'm A Dunkin Donuts Addict!!! I love the whole menu!!! I tried to go all the time especially for those so delicious coconut Refreshers they are so much better than boring plain old water LOL I love them!!! I'm especially addicted to the peach one God damn I think I'll be an addict for that one of my life that's all I have to say about that!

Not sure why it says it's open 24 hours. I've been to this location twice. Once at 2:39 am and the second one at 5 am on different days. Mind you both times all the lights were on.

Well Happy Thanksgiving everyone hopefully everyone is enjoying there day. If I had a chance to leave a review without having to rate it I would. This Dunkin’ Donut doesn’t even deserve the 1 star that I gave them. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and to my surprise when I made it home and took a few bites I found a long piece of black hair in my sandwich. Now I know it’s against the law to be working in the fast food industry without a hair net and hat on your head if you have long hair. So why is it when I called the establishment a few times I don’t get an answer? Well since they didn’t answer this was my final result because I surely didn’t have time to go back there and complain. So yes a negative review is what I gave them. I advise everyone to check their food before they leave any fast food industry so they can rectify the problem before they make it home and be upset.

Ordered mocha and iced coffee but gave me 2 mochas. I asked for regular iced coffee and got a cup full of cream and who knows what. Didn't taste like coffee, threw it out. Waste of money. Not sure what was the girls problem and attitude.

I would like to say I’m greatly disappointed yet again by this dunkin. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I’ve politely asked for no cheese on my crossiant sandwich. My stomach doesn’t handle cheese well and I can’t eat it without having severe diarrhea. I’m very angry because the first time this happened I have to leave the drive through and come back to the store and walk inside to retrieve my food that I asked for. I believe asking for no cheese is one of the simplest requests a customer can ask for. I will never go to this location again, thank you for nothing. I’ve wasted my money yet again.
