I had my self draining sprinkler system installed over 20 years ago and the level of service I’ve received over those 20 years has been amazing. The system continues to work Like the day I installed it and that is testament to the service work Krupske has provided over the year as maintain the system. Their scheduling of service is seamless with terrific follow up prior to the day of service, confirming the work that needs to be completed. Their technicians are prompt, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done. If an unexpected problem arises while on site, no matter the complexity, they complete the work while on site. The level of service they provide is a rarity today. The irrigation system installed is one of the best investments I made in my house and thankfully I selected Krupske, because the service they have provided over the years has has kept that investment functioning like the day it was installed.

Our sprinkler system was installed last year and we are pleased we chose Krupske to install it. Their response and service even after installation has been outstanding. I recently had a question regarding the rain sensor that was installed and I received a response over Memorial Day weekend. They have the expertise to install the right system for your property and are quick to respond to any concerns. They install a self-draining system (no need for end of year blow-outs saving me a ton of $$$) and use quality products backed by solid warrantees. We highly recommend Krupske Sprinkler Systems.

I had this sprinkler system installed 2 years ago, and I am so happy I went with Krupske. The service has been excellent before, during, and after installation. The self draining system may be more money upfront (not that much different really), but you do not need to chase the install company twice a year to get your system going or winterized. Plus, whatever upfront cost you incur you will get back in a couple seasons of not paying additional seasonal fees. I've seen a review on here where someone claimed they would be in trouble if they installed the backflow themselves, it can only be licensed plumber. If you read the instructions on their site, they clearly state after installing the valve in spring, call them to come certify the backflow is working properly. If you skip that step, then yes you will be in trouble. Last season my parents waited until almost July to get their system started due to the other company not being available. You can't go wrong with these guys. I have left maybe a handful of these reviews in my life, and only do it for exceptional or terrible service. Krupske is definitely exceptional.

A+ customer service! Always very friendly, helpful & efficient. I appreciate them taking time to explain or show me what's been done. They are willing to come back out to fix a problem with maintenance done (although they are rare) without complaint or a "bad attitude." I greatly appreciate the level of customer service.

We have utilized Krupske Sprinkler Systems for several years now to maintain and update our sprinkler system. Saturday they came out and prepared our sprinkler system including moving multiple sprinkler heads for our garden updates. As usual they made all of the requested updates flawlessly. Highly recommended. And a special shout-out to Bobby G. who has done the work for us for the last several years and is FANTASTIC!

Today, 6/17/21, my sprinkler system was serviced by Mr. Jim Bullock. He installed a booster pump plus, he replaced several sprinkler heads. His professionalism and knowledge of his craft is OUTSTANDING! He addressed each of my questions and concerns to my total satisfaction. My sprinkler system was originally installed by Krupski over 25 years ago. Thanks to Mr. Bullock, I will continue to be a "forever customer" of Krupske Sprinkler Systems, Inc. Had a service tech come out and get my system up and running. Brandon fixed multiple heads and replaced two control valves. He even came back to install the newest controller called Rachio. This new controller connects via WiFi to your cell phone. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be getting some landscaping improvements later this summer and I’ll be calling again to have a sprinkler head moved and two more control valves replaced. Love doing business with Krupske Sprinkler. Brandon was a true professional and listened to every concern! Great job all in all.

The young man that serviced my sprinkler systems was outstanding!!!! The job turned out to be much bigger than expected. He had to come back and complete the job, but did it all the same day!!!! Krupske is the Best and so is Brian their service guy!!!

We just had a new sprinkler system installed by Krupske and couldn't be happier with it. It was such an easy process from start to finish, I called for an estimate and Bob came out the next day, wrote up a mock drawing of the system and spent about 20 minutes educating us on what to expect, how the self draining system works, how they use quality materials, etc. We got the estimate emailed to us later that evening. After accepting the bid all we had to do was buy a deduct meter from the village (which they connected for no additional charge), Krupske took care of everything else. On the installation date Steve and a crew of workers came out, they showed up right on time, worked hard, and were very respectful of our property. Steve was great, he confirmed all the details before they started, did a great job with the plumbing, and took the time to walk me through how to use the Rachio smart controller and how to winterize the system. At the end they started up each zone and positioned all the heads for us, I couldn't believe it only took them a few hours to install 9 zones/60 heads. I really like that I can start up/winterize the system myself without having to pay them to come out every time, also the Rachio smart controller is well worth the extra cost. I've already recommended Krupske to a few people and they'll be the only sprinkler company I ever use. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
