I haven't checked out the grocery yet, but have always had good experiences in the taproom. Nice beer & liquor selection, professional & friendly staff, and an amazing lamb burger.

There's a lot of selections you just don't find everywhere else and when you're going non dairy- vegan- gluten free, no yeast the place is a huge boon and the restaurant next door is pretty amazing as well

The chunky monkey smoothie is a favorite. The burgers at the Taproom really are the best in Quincy.

Very laid back, friendly place. The employees seem to take pride in what they do. My vegetarian burger was delicious. With the piano and sofa seating area I bet it's a fun evening spot. We will go back.

Of course you would not expect, much local produce this time of year, but you would expect more local non perishable items. I found local goat soap, and some some local honey. Also, there was a large section of, correct me if wrong, Kathy’s Kitchen; but you can find that in several grocers. The refrigeration units, as well as the entire store was dark and very drab. The table of vinaigrette tastings, was not clean and had drippings all down the sides of the display. There was a empty cardboard display rack right in the front area, that had open date scratched out and a second date written explaining product will be in soon. That date has passed also. We sat down in the Tap room, and it had a nice decor. Quiet and the manager and staff was very pleasant. We tried the cauliflower did with chips, it was very bland and needed help. The lamb burger was good, not great... it to could have a marinade or spice. It was served with something like spring fries, after putting the fries on the sandwich it gave it a crunch. We also had risotto patties, which were to soggy. We finally, ordered a seabass plate with an andouille sauce. The sauce was spiced nicely, but they fried the seabass.. it is such a nice fish... why would you fry it. I love it when the owners of an establishment makes it an effort to sit and hear the customer, service people interactions. But this owner sat in a table near the grocery/taproom door, with whom I assumed was her husband. And, would flash a blank stare at us every now and again. If she didn’t want to hear our opinion about the food, please don’t have your service people ask. We are honest critics of food. And, please stand up and come to our table and introduce yourself. At, one point she placed a half eaten plate of food across the table from her, and I asked her! You did not like that? She explained it was turkey leg, i am with her that is just gross! I will give it a second chance when produce is in season, and they say they change menu often. Maybe they will change the chef often also. Midwest food critic.

Organic foods. Homemade vegan choices in the cooler. Meat counter. Alcohol. Some organic household and personal care items. Good place to go locally for non-toxic items.

The service is terrible, I stopped in on my lunch break to order two smoothies. Two smoothies. It took the girl behind the counter 40 minutes to make two smoothies.

My family and I had Lunch in the taproom this weekend and were less than pleased. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and small details, but the food is overpriced for what it is. I ordered the Cuban sandwich which was good, but not great. My main complaint is of the pasta salad side that came with it. The side was served in a condiment dish that was so small I literally got one fork full of pasta out of the entire dish. The presentation of the dishes ordered were beautiful, but the portions were such a letdown. My mom ordered the beignets which came 5 to an order and were the size of grapes. The wine was good and was served in a fun mason jar. The Bloody Mary was garnished with the best pickles, cheese stuffed olives and peppers, but looked and tasted very watery, as if it were made with water and a splash of mix. Although we were disappointed in the size of the portions the menu is very unique and the staff is friendly and attentive. I know this is a new establishment so I’m willing to give them a chance to work out the kinks and will try it again in the future.

My party of 3 and I went opening weekend of their new dining room. Once seated, we noticed the very profane music, rapping about sexual intercourse and drugs. I don't personally care what people listen to in private, but I didn't appreciate this as I was with my mother and in-laws. The servers eventually changed the music, but eventually more songs of this nature came on and sometimes they weren't quick enough to change it. Servers didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on. Every question we asked about the menu, they left and had to ask someone else. Like what all was in the kale salad (Kale, peppers, and carrots.) When we asked about the soup of the day, we were told there was no soup. We eventually got our food after a 30 minute wait in an empty dining room. I'm sure they were busy preparing for the party that they let smoke right outside the dining area where we could smell heavy cigarette smoke every few minutes as we were trying to eat. As soon as we got our food, who seemed to be the chef came out and started raising his voice at the servers who had stacked plates with silverware. The chef then loudly started taking the plates and smacking them together obviously mad about something. I ordered a crab cake BLT, for $14 you'd expect more than one little sandwich the size of my fist on a big plate. Not really much flavor, it wasn't bad, it just didn't justify spending $14. I'm not sure how they called it a BLT either since there was this little 1/4th piece of bacon on the sandwich itself. I've worked in the food industry my entire life, this felt like some poor attempt at trying to be hip and using organic food as an excuse to rip someone off. Same goes for the other food, my mother ordered some kind of herald with eggs, and other veggies for like $10-$12. It was just the smallest portion of eggs with this little piece of bacon sitting on top. My in-laws got the spicy chicken tacos, not very spicy, and they just oozed the grease they'd probably been sitting in. The chicken soaked through the tortilla and seemed like it was probably sitting in a warmer. In all, i was really looking forward to this. The only redeeming qualities were the open space, and awesome looking back patio area for parties. The space itself was really nice. But when I left, it felt like a snobby and sad attempt at being hip and charging people a fortune just because it has the word "organic" in the menu.

Quality. Everything in that store is high quality, local when possible. Michelle is very knowledgable about food and what comes into her store. It's a wonderful addition to Quincy and the tri-state area!
