I stopped by this location today around 5 pm. I was hoping to find Dickies essentials scrubs. There was a very limited supply on Dickies, but that's ok because I had a chance to look at other brands and styles. I asked the employee if I can order the Dickies essentials at the store. Without looking up from whatever she was doing, she told me that I could order there, but then told me that the store closes at 6. So, I could definitely tell she wasn't interested in helping me with that order online. I did check your store hours online before driving there because I live about 40 minutes away. The website states you close at 8pm. I asked the employee about this and she stated your shop closes earlier because the shop is short staffed. I get this. Everywhere is short staffed, but it would be a good idea to put this on your website, perhaps? The customer service was uncomfortable and awkward. I'm not posting this to get anyone in trouble or fired. We all have bad days. But, just for reference, there are going to be things about your job that you are not going to like to do, but you're going to have to do them. I needed only 4 pairs of scrub pants. I knew the sizes and colors (as i have the scrub tops already) That would give your shop 134.00. More or less. That is a disservice to your employer. Your shop just lost out on business. If you did this to 10 other customers? You are now slowly watching your shop go out of business. As a dental assistant, any dental assistant will tell you that root canals are boring. We don't like doing them, but we don't stop doing them because they're boring

Scrubs & Beyond always has a wide variety of styles, sizes, and colors to choose from. In the case that they do not have a size in a specific style you want, they can order that style in your size and do an in store pick-up. I have always had a great experience shopping there with great customer service. The cashier Abigail was extremely attentive to my questions and had such a friendly and vibrant personality. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Scrubs & Beyond for all of your scrub needs!

Not welcoming, I walked into the store and they said let me know if you need anything. Then I was going around and around trying to find my size. Going in and out of the dressing room to get a different size. I had to at least try on different sizes to every color. No one wanted to help. They do not a have variety sizes to try on. They don’t have many colors. Limit to grey, black, and navy. I am going to have to go back and return scrubs because they are to big and I thought I got the right size. SMH

The best selection and top notch service around! I travel up from Chicago a few times a year to stock up on scrubs. Angela was great ! She was very helpful and patient while I tried scrubs on and helped find styles and my size! If you need scrubs this is the place to go !
