Regions is a very bad bank they will let folks steal out of your account and they blame you for it and close your account and you will end up homeless

I deposited my state of. Il. Tax refund check on wed. 3/24 and recieved an email today they have confidential information the check 'may not be paid'. I called and this is apparently just an automatic response that Regions sends out on all customers check deposits. Furthermore the check will be available on april the 2nd. 9 days really ? Never had a bank treat me like this. There is no reali nformation that warrants this email they admit that. So why the email and over a week long hold ?
