Had engine problems on our way from Georgia to Minnesota. Was able to get the car to Bob’s Super Service. They diagnosed the problem, called multiple places to find the part and we were back on the road in about 4 hours. They were a life saver. Very friendly. Loved talking to Bob. I also want to give Mike the mechanic a huge shout out. GREAT JOB!!!! Thanks guys.

My serpentine belt snapped on my way home from my daughter's birthday party in southern IL and my car died in the middle of 57 in the freezing cold. We were still over an hour from home. We managed to get a ride home but I called this business from a list the State trooper gave me to see if they could tow my car or help me fix it. I was almost in tears they were so helpful! They sent a driver out to pick up my car and tow it to fix it and didn't charge me anywhere near what anyone else wanted for the same job and were very patient and understanding when I told them it would take me a little bit longer to get there than planned because my original ride down to pick up the car fell through. I will definitely send any business I find their way and while I hope to never need them again, if I do Ill be calling them for sure. Thank you so much! Services: Local hauling, Battery

Our car broke down on I-74 near the university exit. We had AAA and waited for a long time( 2 hours.) . Finally we were told No one would pick us up since we had a total of three people in the vehicle. After two of us took an Uber To St Joseph . And several phone calls To AAA and the state police. AAA finally called Bob’s Super Service . Clinton was there within 5 minutes . Excellent superior service. Will definitely use them again ! Thank you Clinton!!

Car just stopped running, stranded on interstate for an hour and half. Tried working with AAA.Very bad customer service on their part. They had wrecker services that refused to drive us where we needed to go due to time of evening (7:30 pm). Finally Clinton from Bob Super Service out of Tuscola showed up and literally saved the day. He could not have been more helpful and polite. Would recommend people tell AAA or what ever roadside assistance they use to just call Bob Super Service. 😊

Bobs super service saved the day. We were on our way to a wedding when the engine stalled on the highway. I called AAA for a tow and Nick was dispatched and had us on our way to a dealer within 30 minutes. Because of the great service we were still able to make the wedding. The driver was great and he gave us information on amenities in town. Thank you for saving the day!

Clinton came out at 3:00 AM to help me with my flat tire situation and when he wasn’t possibly capable of getting it fixed, he offered to take me to my destination and got me there punctually. I used AAA, and a closer company was too busy so they dispatched from Bob's Super Services. He was a lot farther away from me, but got to me in really good time. He was very nice, professional, and drove very well with my vehicle on the back. Great service! Thank you!! I would definitely recommend using this company!!

Bob was absolutely incredible. He towed us from ten miles out of town, and was very fast. He turned the seat warmers on because it was chilly. He offered us food and drinks, and was very hospitable while we waited on our ride, since we were an hour from home. Very honest too. I cannot recommend him enough.
