I have had great luck with Mariano's prescription service..and they are always the lowest price. If they didn't have something I was always told what was going on. If I needed a prescription quickly they would accommodate that. Sounds like the apprentice was misleading to others. Not a good way to move on. One prescription was going to be $168 at Walgreens but at Mariano''s it was $9.

Called about a prescription, got hung up on. Called back, and was told that they can't give me the goodrx price until medication is called in. That's funny, because CVS can. Now i have to go there and verify IF they'll honor the goodrx price AND verify the price of my med with the Mariano's prescription. Nothing like a waste of time rat race, just to save about $14.

I went to the Mariano's Pharmacy to fill 2 prescriptions. I dropped them off with the pharmacy tech and was told it would be about 30 minutes and I would get a text when they're ready. I went back 45 minutes later and they still were not ready. I asked how much longer because I needed to go to work. I was told they were waiting for a call from my specialist to confirm my RX. I didn't understand why they needed to call my doctor. The Tech told me it was policy to call for new prescriptions. I asked why I wasn't told when I dropped them off. My doctors office is so slow. It takes days for me to get a call back. Even Walgreens can't get a same day call back. If they had been honest when I first got their I could have saved myself some time. The guy pharmacy tech kept changing his answers first it was a pharmacy policy to call and confirm then it was up to the descression of the pharmacist. Never have I seen such blatant deception. And the pharmacist didn't seem to care that he couldn't get his story straight. Worst experience I've ever had trying to get a prescription filled. Went to Osco and it was filled in 20 minutes. So easy !!!

I've never had a pharmacy question my doctor's orders--including prescriptions--until I went here. There's nothing like arriving to pickup medication for yourself or a sick family member only to find out the gentleman dispensing it doesn't agree with your doctor and wants a personal explanation from them. Have also had issues with insurance covering scripts but not getting any call or message from the (same) gentleman behind the counter that there was an issue--again causing a wasted trip. And when confronted about it he lied. Dont waste your time...amateur hour and delusions of grandeur are the only scripts you'll fill here.

The pharmacist I spoke to was the one of most genuinely nice people I've ever encountered working customer service. She was very patient, friendly, and competent too.
