The store has slacked off on their hours of operation says they are supposed to be open until 9 now this is the third time I have been out there and they are closed !!! Come on now step up your game they fired all the good people that worked there!!!!

Usually great service and friendly staff, but not today. Checking out I said to the cashier Hello, how are you today. She muffled fine and preceded to talk to her co-worker about Melanie’s party. Barely even acknowledge the customers. If these two are working again I’ll just go elsewhere.

So they don't sell a certain type of balloon or can't order it so we bought them somewhere else but they can't fill these balloons with helium cuz didn't buy them there. For a nine year olds birthday. Thanks for nothing, isnt family in the name. Plus they were rude
