Terrible! Pharmacy staff is very rude! I went to the pharmacy to get 2 prescriptions and they only had 1 so I ask if the other one just isn't ready, or on back order? Because on backorder happens A LOT. The lady in the pharmacy checking me out tells me "well this is just a cash register so I don't know." Okay well you are working in the pharmacy so do your job and go check, is what I wanted to say but didn't. I said "well I guess I'll go home and call back up here to the pharmacy and check on that other prescription since this is just a cash register and you can't help me." It literally would have taken her 2 minutes to figure out where that other prescription was and there was no one else in line behind me. So I went home and called to check on it and they filled it within 20 minutes and it was ready. Like you couldn't have done that while I was in there? Not my first bad experience either. Everyone in that pharmacy is just hateful, rude, and not helpful.

Rude and God for bid you just had a 12 hr back surgery and they treat you like a junkie because you are prescribed pain meds. And never answer the phone

Used to like them but they're going down hill. You never know when they're open, I have to go out of town for 1 of my meds so I decided to switch to Meijer. They seem to make up their own rules because they say you need an ID to purchase a money order but Western Union doesn't require that. Half of the staff aren't so friendly. I really hope they close this down & put a different pharmacy in it's place. My mom gets a lot of meds there but I will be switching her to Meijer as well.

CVS is so lousy here in Elwood In! They have no help and they never have a Pharmacist on duty! Saturday my husband goes to Med One they called in three prescriptions for him at 9:30 in the morning, I kept going on their web site to see if it was filled, it kept saying it was in process, so after 4 hours of waiting I went up to the store, and the lady told me it will not be ready until tomorrow, ( Sunday) that there is no Pharmacist on duty and they were shutting down at 2 o’clock in the afternoon! So I go up on Sunday after I kept checking the web site to see if it was ready and it kept saying in process, now this is at 3pm and it’s still not ready, I told her I needed the medicine today! She said she would Expedite it and she did! She said that they were 2 days behind on getting prescriptions out because they have been begging corporate to get them some help and corporate has done nothing! CVS in my book is nothing but Negligent in taking care of their customers! After today I will be sending all my prescriptions to Walgreens! Since CVS could care less about their customers or their staff!! They are nothing but a negligent company and they should be ashamed!!

I have caught this place twice charging me for something insurance pays for. was in today to pick up medicine and they tried to charge me 20 bucks, when i said some thing about it they ran insurance again and it went thru at no charge. If this is happening to me just think of people that's not catching it. aughta be a class action suit against these people.

I’ve used this pharmacy 3 times now and every time I have had an issue with one pharmacist. The younger blonde pharmacist is so rude and condescending. The rest of the staff is very kind and helpful but she is so unpleasant for no reason and it’s so unnecessary. I will never return to this pharmacy. I’m also not the only one who feels this way. The woman in front of me was upset by how she was being treated as well.

Does anyone else have as much trouble as I do with the CVS App with pharmacy section?? I even tried adding my husband to my account (which works for me) under the manage family and wouldnt even let me.I've messaged 2 or 3 times about it trying to get help on how to fix it n I'm yet to receive any kind of response or help. I didnt think my question was that difficult. Elwood CVS just keeps going more n more down hill.I can only think of 1 pharmacist who is a sweetheart and always so polite. She actually pays attention to customers n majority of the time she greets me by name n when it isn't my meds she is starting to remember my husbands name to. She is a shorter lady with shoulder length blonde hair and 90% of the time has a smile on here face!

Drove half hour each way to receive our second Covid vaccine. Did not realize that the pharmacy closed at 6:00( it was 6:02). Middle aged female employee in the pharmacy was very rude and condescending. They do not offer the type of vaccine in the town where we reside which is why we visited this location. Will not be back…

At low cost my blood pressure meds was $17.00... Since CVS bought low cost & I live in Elwood Indiana..CVS charges $30 for the same medicine...I CANNOT believe that Low cost could get medicines cheaper than CVS....CROOKS....CROOKS.....CROOKS!!!!...don't @me about a prescription card......I understand being the only game in town and making $...BUT DOUBLE THE PRICE!!!!!!!......BAD BAD BAD PEOPLE RUN CVS!!!!...some som will read this & think....."what the hell is he crying about $30 ..my prescription is $600"... I feel your frustration.....BAD BAD BAD PEOPLE!!!!
