As always, Auto Network provides me with quality used parts at a fair price. Been dealing with them for decades.

This was the worst experience of me buying auto parts I went here and purchased a transmission that supposedly had transfer case connected to it for them to tell me it’s not included but it says on my receipt that it was included so I talked to the owner and the manager and they were just so not caring that

This store ALLWAYS had the part I was needing. Even after checking the largest auto part stores in North Central Indiana. Friendly folks and very knowledgeable. They will put forth the extra effort to take care of the customer whether it's a $2.00 part or a $2,000.00 part. Shop here with confidence!

Another local business to put on your list when you need something. I've always had great service anytime I've called or stopped in. I've purchased multiple reconditioned batteries here and several car parts.

I walked into the Office and was immediately greeted with what seemed like Angry Employees. I picked out an Item and was given a price over the phone that was not honored in the store by Manager Randy Williams. I then asked him if he could mail it (a 6 oz wire) to my house, and after a lot of huffing and puffing I was told it would be $20. I said fine, knowing I was being ripped off already, and asked them to Email me a Tracking number later in the day. Not only did it not ship that day, I had to call into their very Rude Female Secretary and practically beg for the tracking number. I will never shop here again.

In all my years of buying parts offline from Salvage yards, this was by far the biggest disappointment. The part was a 30 year old Wheel that had been sitting in their Shed for over a year. I first called and a Woman answered. She was rude from the beginning as if I (a perspective buyer) was a burden to her and she couldn't be bothered. She gave me a price, I simply asked if she could knock off $4 as I am a first responder here in NY, and things are a bit tough. She started yelling at me and then hung up. I called back and spoke to her Manager who refused to acknowledge her behavior let alone apologize. The only way I see this being made right is an apology when we are living in a Time where everyone is suffering and this type of behavior is not what should be displayed.

The guy I talked to at the Fairmount office was great. Sadly the same can’t be said for the female at the Gaston location. She was rude on the phone and rude in person. The items I went to look at were damaged, which I understand happens at a salvage yard, but I specially asked about damage on the phone before taking time to look at them. Your results may vary...just rating my experience.
