I have given game stop in Hammond more stars but, Got there Friday at 9:50 am. Store didn't open till 10:35am. My game that I preordered wasn't in. Also they seem to never pickup the phone. From now on I will go to the highland store.

The staff was really cool and helped me alot. I came to trade a remote and old games in. They couldn't accept all of them but I still left out with 50 store credit from one remote and like 7 trade in games. So I'm a happy camper. They're a little more value than disc replay or other stores but the don't accept everything. I got almost 200 for all my old original Xbox one from 2013.

I went for a controller mount for my os4 and cellphone and the guy was above and beyond for me with the reason behind my problem. I hate how everything has gone digital, I don't wanna lose GameStop

They held the xbox series s for me and they not suppose to do that. I explained how this was my baby girl b-day present they was so nice and kind and Im so very grateful. Nice people great customer service. They walk me thru everything.....

You still like the store however now not so much. the hours don't start till noon so I'm usually home from doing my errands by then. Then you go online and you got to spend over $75 to get any kind of discount. when you're two cents away it's impossible to find if there's anything in stock at your store because they change the app. I haven't came shopping here and quite some time and now I know why period I probably won't come back. I want something easier to do my shopping online and it was so hard. Then I try to add a protection plan that they say is $4.99 then when you get to the shopping cart they raise it to double the price. you read in the fine print that the one year protection goes after the manufacturer's one year. then you find out that's a lie. Might as well go to Best buy to get my shopping done
