I guess they are playing tricks . It plainly says open until 11pm updated 2 weeks ago by the Business itself, but I'm sitting in the parking lot just after 10pm and they are closed and all staff is gone so they been closed for a hot minute it would seem. Invested an hour of driving and god knows how much gas for no reason other than to tick me off, it would seem! I will not be going back to henryville for this dollar general, so all the rest of the businesses in the area lose out because I have no reason to go to that town whatsoever now. I will drive out of my way and right past this dollar store. Lost a few thousand dollars a year dollar general customer. Just because this Business went out of it's way to post incorrect hours online. If you don't have the staff to keep certain hours consistently then you post the earlier of the times and stay open later when and if possible, not the other way around. Not say Oh well twice a month we're open till 11 so we'll just post that as our hours... No! If you close before then more often than not, then your hours of close is 10pm not 11pm. I could've made it somewhere that was open had I not drove an hour out of my way to a store that wasn't open. The clock is really easy to learn, I'm betting you can even find an adult tutorial for learning to tell time, for free online. But I'm guessing every staff member there knows the difference between 10 and 11 PM, I bet if it had to do with quitting time, they could tell the difference an hour makes and get it right. I bet if it had to do with their hours of pay they could get it right. But just like like I see from the better part of the rest of the world, if it's no skin off their back why would they care? Thank God I didn't need something in an emergency or something.... The state of affairs for the consumer is sadly quite awful and getting worse at break neck speed.

Best place to shop since only 2 other options in town. Would rate higher if they would actually stay open until 11 like they say with new hours but they continue to close at 10.

A nicer and more organized dollar general than most I've seen. The have clean bathrooms and they sell beer! A very nice store except the cashier seemed a little overwhelmed by himself with a long line so I felt for him. But I will definitely be coming back for the baby shark party decorations before my little man turns 2 in december. And maybe some house decor too.

Extremely short staff constantly, majority of the time only one cashier working. Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless. Very cluttered most of the time but normally good up keep with shelves staying decently stocked. Clean store and clean restrooms.

With two aisles permanently being changed over to the next "Seasonal items" and the rest permanently crowded with carts full of stock it's tough to tell a difference between this DG and the six others that are within a 3 mile radius of you. Give the one manager a break. They're probably working over 60 hours a week, only getting paid for 40 hours and are not receiving health insurance benefits It's a Dollar General, it's what you expect.

Those pictures are definitely not of the Henryville location. The workers are always keeping themselves busy cleaning up or stocking the shelf if no customers are in sight. My favorite Dollar general location by far. Always clean and the staff is amazing. I was blown away by the lady who helped me one of the first times I shopped there. She helped me search the shelves for Pokemon cards and when we figured out that only one pack remained in the store she said she could call me when they got more in. That's just what she did! I bought all that remained once I got there for my son.We have been loyal customers since.

The lady was nice and did great helping me, but I always feel like some of the workers are rude or lazy. It's the only store in my small town and honestly I wish I didn't have to spend as much money there as I do, just because the way some employees have treated me 😔

This is the best Dollar General I've been to thus far. The employees and the manager are always very kind and helpful. They are always open the posted hours and are gracious about it even when you have to run in there at 9:55. I will drive a few extra miles out of my way to come to this store.

The pics speak for themselves. **Edit** The pics I took were of the Charlestown store, not the Henryville store. Not sure how they ended up under this location. The Henryville and Sellersburg stores are always clean!

For a small town Henryville really needed a local place to grab a quick shopping item without having to drive 10 miles in one direction. This location is only a few years old. So it's really nice on the inside still. They have basic groceries. Plus the normal everyday items like toilet paper and dog food. Their prices are really reasonable so it's easy to go in and grab something without having to pay outrageous prices for the convenience factor. The workers are always friendly but they're always looking for more people to hire. They're a little light staffed sometimes. The cash registers area is usually a ghost town, due to the employees trying to do stock also. I'm glad we got this store in our town.
