Great car wash because of the conveyor belt system. Your car rides on the belt, rather than being dragged through the car wash using a track. (It reduces the risk of car damage). Also nice is the ceramic coating option. I get that every so often to help protect my car's paint. Friendly staff. Monthly passes are a great way to save money and have daily car washes, if you want.

The staff is excellent. I purchased the Ultimate washes 6 for $88.00. Not so happy with the car wash. I usually have to take it through twice which the 2nd is free because it doesn't get the dirt all the way off. It definitely doesn't get bugs off the front. I've tried 2 different Crew car washes and it's never fully dry. I get white streaks on my hatch and on the sides. It does do a very nice job on the tires with the tire shine. Just a note...I do get my car washed every week so it's not that dirty when I go through.

All I'm gone say is the vacuums, THE VACUUMS, just replace them already. Y'all know better than that at your wash prices alone, are y'all that unaware of the issue? Absolutely no suction, wouldn't even catch my hand.

Great Service! If you ask them to go heavy on the power washer on bad spots they are happy to. Plus you get trash bags and the treated wipes for the inside windshield for free.

I love this car wash! I have had memberships at several other places, they have not even come close! Friendly service always & one of the attendants even removed my old sticker for me.

The employees are always courteous, and smiling. I've been to many drive thru car washes but this one is by far the best and the price is great. And there's hardly not much of a wait time even when they're packed.

Besides the long waits that can happen randomly, I think this is one of the best car washes I’ve been to in my 26 years of living . This is the only car wash spot that hasn’t ruined my car paint unlike delta sonic etc , so I have no complaints I have the unlimited membership and I get my car washed a couple of times a week especially with this odd weather we’ve been experiencing!

The drive through wash gets your car pretty clean in less than two minutes (not including any wait you may have in a line of cars before you enter the wash tunnel). I did not give a 5-star rating because their vacuums are poor quality, and the reps often hold you up with a sales pitch for membership when that option is clearly communicated on signage throughout the pre-wash area. Read the extended review below for more details. *DETAILED REVIEW* SERVICE: Five stars for their service. Everyone is always courteous. Also, if there are still bugs or other missed spots on your vehicle, they will allow you to go back through the wash once more without an additional charge. QUALITY: The quality of the car wash is as good as it gets for a mechanized wash. The only way your car would be cleaner is with a detailed hand wash. Plus, the wash is fast at less than two minutes from entry to exit, even if you are getting their most extensive wash, the Ultimate, which costs $20. If you care about cleaning the inside of your vehicle as well as the outside, Crew Carwash is not a good option. In the self-service stations outside of the wash tunnel, they do not sell or vend car cleaning supplies so you would need to bring your own. Their vacuums ($2 for eight minutes) run for a long time even if you are moving at only a moderate pace, and there is one for both sides of the vehicle so you don’t have to try to stretch across seats. However, the vacuums are POOR quality. The suction is stronger on some of than others but none of them suction powerfully enough to get all the salt and debris out of your carpets. 😩 If you want a good, quick car wash that leaves your vehicle clean and sufficiently shiny, go to Crew.
