My wife and I have ordered two appliances from Lowes, one online and one in store both times there was no communication or updates from ordering to delivery. The dishwasher I am still waiting on being delivered they have pushed the delivery date out 3 times and is now over a month out from the original delivery date, and they have no idea when it will arrive or if a PO even generated to order it. When I call I get hung up on sometimes and have a minimum 15 min hold, when I do get ahold of someone they never call back when they say they do. Jim and Olivia in appliances told me not to call and they won't be able to give us answers unless we come in the store. When we went to the store no one could give us any answers or help

This place has very poor customer service. I stood outside waiting on someone to help me with their trailers for over an hour. Someone finally came out as I was leaving. Going to Rural King to buy a trailer now. This place is worthless

They bent over backwards to help me. Hard for me to stand and they let me sit and the gathered up everything I needed and loaded it in my car. Wonderful youn lady and gentleman.

Two months into attempting to order a new exterior door. Staffing is horrific. The mill work staff is nonexistent and lack knowledge. An absolute frustrating experience.

This place is not terrible but the salespeople do not know everything that they should about the appliances they sell. They are more helpful than Menards but that's not saying a whole lot as Menards doesn't provide much help at all. The employees were nice and cordial. Only issue was the only person who could make a key was in the bathroom for about 20 minutes or so and then took his time getting to the machine after finding out that there was someone waiting to get a key made

My hats off to employees Olivia and Jim in the appliance department for all their efforts today. Backstory: On 3/28, my parents ordered a new washing machine. With all the inventory/staffing issues, they were told up to 2 weeks for delivery, but to call in a week to check on it. They called on 4/5 to check in and set up delivery for 4/8. No delivery. Called again. Set up delivery for 4/19. No delivery and now told they will never get it as it's an old model and there were no more coming! Went to the store to obtain a refund and go elsewhere. They asked to purchase the floor model since no more were going to be available and were told store policy says those cannot be sold. (No clue what happens to them) At this point, Olivia, who could have easily just offered a refund, proceeded to go out of her way to see what machines were actually in the store, and with the managers override assistance, price matched a more expensive washer to what they had already paid. The new machine will be delivered tomorrow.

Was starting a construction project at a plant in Michigan City. Needed 3/4" standard plywood for the project and needed it delivered. They delivered 3/4" particularly board. Luckily my superintendent noticed it and rejected it. A very non-productive day. I called the store to confirm the correct materials would be delivered. After letting the phone ring 50 times...getting put on hold 3 times which no one came back to. Had to call the store back 3 times and transfered 4 times. I finally called and asked for a Manger. The manager was very friendly and apologetic and said he would get the right material out the next day. The next day they delivered the exact same WRONG material. Called them again and spoke to a Manger. I asked if they could get the right material out right away. I got a lame excuse about how the delivery driver couldn't deliver it it until the next day. I would steer clear of the Lumber Dept. in this store. Very incompetent. They should be embarrassed that I'm so mad that I would spend the time to write this long review. Probabaly a waste of time. But this was truly rediculous.
