Village Pantry's are usually more expensive than other convenient stores. I don't go here much so I put 2 stars. The place is okay just sometimes people might be standing outside for no reason. The customer service is decent depends on who is working.

The new employee at Burlington and 12th in muncie In was nice and was trying hard to learn a new job but almost all the village pantrys fountain pop is flat

Very rude staff. Store is always dirty. I’ve machine is always broken. Half the time they don’t have any bags for us to take our purchases in. New staff member named Betty treats regular customers as if they are a burden to her. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Would highly recommend the Royal smoke shop right next door, they have tobacco, lottery, snacks & drinks & WAY friendlier staff!!

Always huge crowds of people outside the store late at night, very unwelcoming. Also, I’ve been shopping at this store for 3 years, & recently an employee named Betty gives me a very hard time whenever I visit. I would recommend the royal smoke shop directly next door. A lot friendlier staff with custom r appreciation because Village Pantry does not appreciate their customers.

Wouldn’t recommend this gas station to my worst enemy, rude staff especially the manager, if you want better service go across the street to the Royal Smoke Shop. Took a sip of my pop Betty tried to charge me for a whole other drink

They are always out of everything never have ice for pop machine and half the pops need changed but the cashier is always on the phone or smoking cigs outside. Like for real you need new manager to get this store in order or its going to go under.
