This was my first time buying a house, and as you would expect, there were a lot of things I didn't know, and really, not even sure how to start. When I first started looking for a house, I called several lenders that were recommended by Dave Ramsey. They all seem fairly standoffish, and I kind of felt like an outsider. Eventually I called Bailey and Wood, and got in touch with Dan Duffer, who was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. He was patient and willing to explain every step of the way, right from the beginning, and he made the process go very smoothly and easily. I have recommended him to everyone I know who is looking to buy a house. It was a good experience for me.
