TL;DR Great food, friendly and helpful staff, nice dinning experience. I like to try new things, so I wanted to know about the differences between two similar dishes (one with enchiladas vs another with chimichangas) and asked if they could possibly substitute out one enchilada for a chimichanga in the dish. The server went to ask the kitchen about it and he quickly returned saying that they were willing to do that. So that's what I did (turns out a chimichanga is basically a deep fried enchilada). They were out of guacamole that should have came with my dinner, but they substituted in pico de gallo for no cost when I asked. Our server was very friendly and attended to us promptly. He refilled our drinks without us having to flag him down. The atmosphere was nice even though it was only an hour til they closed. Some places you can tell the staff are annoyed by customers arriving within the last 1-2 hours til closing and make you feel rushed to order, eat, and leave. Not the case here. Everyone was friendly and relaxed and our server even asked if we wanted dessert as we were finishing with our dinner plates.

This is our go to restaurant. Always fantastic food at a great price. The taco's and fajitas are to die for. You almost always bring food home because their portions are crazy!! I don't know what they do differently with their refried beans but it's the only place that I eat every bit of them everytime.

I only had a Sampler Platter appetizer. We arrived super early for lunch and received plenty of attention (one of the servers noticed an elderly lady slowly climbing the two stairs outside and came to hold the door for her; such a sweetie). While my food wasn't anything to write home about, my company ordered some decent taco salad, chicken tortilla soup, and some vegetarian options that all smelled pretty good, and they had no complaints. Service was decent. Once people arrived, the room accoustics became awful and we couldn't hear each other, but otherwise it was a pleasant visit.

Food was decent but the service was awful. After 20 minutes of being there we still didn't have silverware or napkins but had already received our drinks. This is after numerous request for silverware. As our appetizers began to arrive we realized we weren't ever going to get utensils so we stole them from another table. The food also took a very long time to arrive despite the establishment not being very busy.

Great food , was in town laid over an came here with my grandson , he’s very picky eater ! The blonde hair waiter went out of his way to makeup a dish my grandson wanted , an he loved it !!! We both had meals an cokes like 24.00 , very reasonable priced !!! Great food an job !! Gladly return if ever in area again !

Poblano's Mexican - American restaurant has changed their foods to more of a bland flavor style. The service and quality remain excellent 👍. The dining experience would be more enjoyable with Mexican dishes that have more character.

Really good little place. Very pleasantly surprised by the fish special. The Mexican food was good too. Nice staff. I would definitely stop back in if going through the area!

We always stop when in town. The food and service has always been good. Servers are friendly and quick to take care of you. Great value in the amount of food you get. Chips and Salsa are always on point. Will stop in next year when we are back.

We stopped here after a day of tubing, and it was very good. I liked their chips and salsa, and the food was solid. The interior could use some work, but its definitely worth trying.
