Had a little mishap what's going into the ditch over the winter. Made my truck look like brand new all over again. They always kept me up to date with text messages. As their slogan goes what accident I have to say they keep very true to that. I've also had them detail a couple of vehicles and they always do phenomenal work with that they were even able to get some stains out of the carpet. Highly recommend.

I’ve used NIC services once before. My vehicle was back to new when they finished! This time…A shopping cart damaged my drivers door. North Iowa Collision brought my Blazer back to new…again! I was very impressed with the customer service I received from North Iowa Collision! Shannon kept me updated throughout the process and it was very convenient that I could call or text with questions. Shannon has a great attitude and makes you feel truly cared about during stressful situations! I moved out of state and hit a deer while back in Mason City and I’m so glad I chose them to have my car brought to. Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled, but NICC still treated me so kindly and did everything they could in a very timely manner. They were able to get a quote out quickly to insurance despite the extensive damage, which was especially helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed, I felt they have the customers’ best interests at the heart of their service!

They ssisted me with both insurance claims.They updated me consistently on my vehicle repairs. Repairs were completed timely and vehicle looked perfect when the repairs were completed. I was rear ended and went to North Iowa Collison for an estimate on the damage to turn into the gals insurance company. Everyone that I encountered were all very nice and professional. The gals at the front desk kept me up to date each day on what they were doing to my van to get it back to it's original state. I dropped my van off on a Monday and had it back on Wednesday.
