I love hungry hobo but I’m fed up with them. Food has been hit or miss, constantly get tomatoes when I request no tomatoes, dining room is never open, hours change constantly. Says they are open till 7pm today, went at 4:30 and sat at the drive thru for several minutes. Finally went to the front door, no lights, no workers and no sign they were closed. This will be my last visit…

My whole crew has been working in Eldridge for a month now. Driven by everyday to a closed dining room because “they only have 3 employees”. Think of the thousands of dollars they are losing from crews sitting down somewhere else.

Absolutely awful. Very poor customer service. never know from one day to the next, if the dinning room will be open. They will make no accommodations for truck drivers, when dining room is closed. You have to park your truck out front, and walk in, only to be told you can only order on the app, and must go to the drive thru to pick it up. . Extremely rude when you walk in the door as well. Will never go to this establishment again, and will advise all my driver friends to do the same. Shame on you!

Always slow but the food is usually good. Not anymore I guess. The cheese curds and fries were really badly overcooked and really bad. The king taco salad seemed just as big and the regular size and was full of mostly only lettuce. Not worth the usual 20 min wait in the drive thru.

Served my family a kids meal with chunky milk. Called them to let them know. Wanted me to drive back. I gave them my name and said I would come in when I was nearby. I had a coworker get lunch today and he asked if I could get a milk to replace the spoiled one from last week. Large male refused. My kids refuse to eat here and now so do I.

Slowest Hungry Hobo in the QC. Even if there's only one or 2 other cars in the druve-thru, you will wait at least 25 minutes. You could probably walk across the street to north scott foods and buy the ingredients to make a sandwich in the amount of time it takes the kids working there to make one. They close early a lot too. Like almost every Saturday, they close earlier than thier posted hours. This is really the worst hungry hobo I've ever been to.

Everytime I come to this store the food has the remants of other people orders on my sandwich, tonight we found black fuzz on daughter's sandwich. When I brought back food like I was told I got refund for 2 sandwiches out of 5 and told that they would not refund rest. TERRIBLE hungry hobo eat there only if you like peoples hair and God knows what in your food.

As always, the food was very good (much better option than Subway). The employees are always very friendly. The best part about this Hungry Hobo is the very generous owner who really cares about his community. Because of the welcoming atmosphere he has created within his restaurant, not only will I continue to be a loyal customer, but I will share my experience here with the many families in this community I am connected to. Thanks for embodying the “we’re all in this together” mentality during this pandemic. Your community members appreciate you and will continue to support your business!
