A snowstorm hit Iowa two weeks ago.. My truck was stuck, so I contacted this company. Whoever was dispatching the calls was professional and courteous. I even received a call back later to ensure I was safe since no tows were allowed that day.

Worst customer services ever!! He left us outside with the car and it was not working he said that help us “ it’s not part of his job” he made my husband feel bad about it. He is diabetic and his sugar was really low so that is why he was asking for help and the guy was so disrespectful to us saying that he had other call and then he left.

Great company! The owners are phenomenal people who always respond promptly to their customers. (Side note: This company does occasional wrecker services for the LEC. I assume the negative reviews are from vehicles towed/impounded generally for illegal activities. No one likes towing companies especially when the vehicle owner is at fault and has to ultimately pay.)
