The Garner Iowa location seems to be going downhill. First I had a coupon for $2 off on buffet that was good for up to 2. They only took it off on 1. It's only $2 no big deal, but if they do this to everyone that's a nice amount at the end of day. The floor was so dirty and sticky that you could hear your shoes while walking, and areas are coming loose causing people to trip on it. A big safety concern. The selection on buffet was ok, but the chicken was way over cooked and no potatoe wedges. The staff doesn't seem to be as nice also This place used to be very good and staff used to be really nice. They sent me a survey but the link doesn't work for it.

We had our family reunion group of 20 there at 12 PM yesterday. We were all extremely disappointed. Walking in the door, the floor stuck to the bottom of our shoes. The private rooms floor was filthy, no way it was vacuumed the night before . Went to the food area and not a slice of pizza! All pans were empty! Nobody came to pick up our plates until we were entirely done eating. We had stacks or plates. We have eaten at the Mason City location and it was 100% better. We will not be returning to the Garner location.

About 4 years ago I gave this place 5 stars for the amazing staff, the cleanliness, and the food. But.. unfortunately 4 years change alot. We came to eat here 6/2/2022,sadly I was completely shocked. The floors this place was uneven I understand the issues. It is a hazard. The food? What food! There was no Pizza, the Salad looked old, half way empty, hardly any chicken. I get it short on staff but people kept coming in an paying to eat.. But what?! We spent $26.00 at eating this place after reading all the reviews unfortunately this place isn't worth coming back. 😮💨😰

The food is just ok but the cleanliness of the place is nasty. Everytime we go there your feet literally stick to the floor and even the carpet. I think the employees need to stay off their phones in the back and do some cleaning. Also the bathroom needs some updating and they need to do better at keeping fresh warm food on the buffet. The corn was cold, green beans looked a week old, mashed potatoes (which is usually the main reason I go there) were nasty and crusty and the salad bar food was not the greatest.

We was in store in 4/9 2022 .. It was so dirty n disgusting I was affraid to eat but since I paid 69$ for lunch we had to .. Dried gravy around hkt table. Dirty sneeze cover n dressing bottles were so greasy it was hard to hold n had to go wash hands b4 eating. So plz check ur store cuz i will b calling health inspector.

Terrible.. staff unprofessional, employee yelling at another employee across the buffet. Food looked unappetizing and old asked them to replenish, but they were to busy arguing and yelling at eachother. We ended up leaving instead of finishing our dining experience. Went home and cooked instead..

Normally love pizza ranch but this one was deathly below par for any restaurant. The food was sitting out for who knows how long and was dried out and gross. No toilet paper in the bathrooms and sticky floors throughout the whole restaurant. I approached the manager to let her know about these things and didn't care or even tried to pretend to. It was so badd for the 1st time ever I took pictures of what it was like.

We had a terrible experience there. The air conditioning wasn't working, they had no white meat chicken what so ever, they were "saving" it for take out orders. Dried up old pizza was our choice on the buffet. We will go to Algona's Pizza Ranch even though it is farther away, they have excellent service and quality food and ice cream!

Waited a long time for to go order. They told my son they reheated the chicken, making it greasy and over cooked. Also ordered an 8 piece chicken. Received 2 chicken wings, 3 thighs, and three legs. No breast meat at all. My understanding is that an eight piece is 2 breasts, 2 legs, 2 wings and 2 legs. Management needs to up the quality of food and service. Very disappointed!
