Walgreens is my pharmacy of choice and has been for nearly 20 years. I started visiting this location a year ago and continue to be thrilled with the service. Techs remember me by name, but still remember to verify information. They have also worked hard to help me get prescriptions transferred to this new location.

Problem with pictures. Not sure what the problem was between my laptop, website or machine at the location but it was a problem. The person helping me was awful and argumentative over the situation. Trying to shop and support local I really don't enjoy being talked over, talked down too and pretty much ignored over a situation that could have been handled in a much more professional manner. I've learned my lesson to not go to this location again.

I love this Walgreens. Everyone here is so nice, and I particularly really enjoy all of my interactions with Mike in the photo department. He always goes above and beyond to help myself and others and he is always in a good mood. I am so glad I live so close to this Walgreens!

Made online appointment for covid testing September 14th arrived at the drive-thru as instructed to find a sign saying closed with no instructions on window or no phone number to be mailed either. Messed around the parking lot call Dan to find out they're temporarily closed

I usually have decent luck with the pharmacy drive up window. Not today, there was a van getting helped, or not helped? When you have a customer that you can't help within a reasonable time, have them pull off and talk to them on the phone, come inside, or come back in a few minutes when their order is ready. I waited ten minutes and then went inside to find about eight people working in the pharmacy. When I asked about the hold up and if it would be possible to get a vehicle that is not going to be immediately helped to move on, the pharmacist that is normally nice wanted to get an attitude. I will be checking into doing business elsewhere, after a phone call to finish my complaint. Don't waste your time with calling to complain. The pharmacy manager is the pharmacist and even though she's cordial on the phone, she really could care less and has a very poor attitude towards any issues that you have there.

If I could leave no stars I would. The pharmacy always takes forever, they lie about how long it takes to refill prescriptions. Then are rude, they have no customer service skills.

I laugh at the reviews I read with 1 star. Can’t by beer, can’t by cigarettes, they are meanies. Sounds like children not getting there way. The staff at Walgreens has been great to me I look forward to going in there as they are always helpful. As for the 1 star reviewers stay in school and get of drugs.

If they would allow me to leave no stars I would- I get that you are trying to prevent sales to minors, but when you insist on scanning everyone's id's is the time when you just need to not want to sale those products anymore, it is fine for them to look at Id- how ever we still have rights to privacy in this country and demanding you have to scan it, when it clearly is way over the legal age is wrong..... just stop selling these products.

I frequently visit this Walgreens as it is right across the street from where I live. Today, I come in and try to purchase beer with my boyfriend. (We purchase here often) the lady refused service as my boyfriend did not have his ID. I, who was purchasing did. Not to mention we was here 4 hours prior to purchase and the MOD only asked to see his ID when I offered to show mine as well. Casier was I friendly and sitting on her butt scrolling through her phone. We understand.. Do for one, do for all is all we ask.

i am no longer going to shop at walgreens. they have gone to this "bonus reward card" and i dont want to carry another card!!!! seems as if you can only get their sale prices with a rewards card? even though their store is convieniantly located for me, i will spend my money elsewhere!!
