Place has become straight garbage. Whoever makes the donuts definitely doesn't care anymore. If you're in Onawa don't bother with the Casey's there.

Restroom was clean! Donuts were the worst of any Casey’s! No Ice for fountain Drinks! Fix it! At least make an attempt! 7:25 in the am! Donuts should have been fresh! No donuts except Cake,Fritters and other specialty!

Pizza was like cardboard. Those slices must have been out for 2 days to be that stiff. Blonde cashier at night is unqualified. Doesn't speak, or tell you the total, or get you a bag, just rude!

Crispy chicken tasted rotten. Hardly ever have any lunch in the warmer always breakfast food at 11:30-12. Overall just not a pleasant place.

There is barely ever any cold sandwiches and their cake donuts look funny plus I love their triangle donuts and a few weeks back they didn't have any. I made the bast cake donuts when I worked there. Also when I called I was told the triangle donuts are only a limited time donut... really

Donuts have been tasting weird not sure what’s going on lately the past month or two. Maybe there’s a new employee. Not sure if maybe they’re still in training but I’m not pleased with spending my money there. I have no problem going elsewhere.

The cashiers are rud ... You need to get people in there that know what they are doing... coolers are never stocked ever ... just all around sick of them all ..

Most of the staff is friendly and curious. Unfortunately there is one employee that is constantly rude & nasty to everyone I've seen her in contact with. Tonight at 10:55 p.m. 6/27/17 was no different. When I walked up to the counter and proceeded to wait "Tracy" was wiping out the donut case. When the deli employee motion to her that I was there her response was and I quote ."I'm busy she can wait!!" I have seen her countless time continue to smoke outdoors and just look at her customers li e up at the registers and wait for her. I really don't ever remember having any issue with a Casey's employee and all my visits are pleasant unless "Tracy" is working. Makes me want to drive to the other side of town to the truck stop. Be worth the extra time.Her behavior is uncalled for.

This Casey's, like most, is always busy. The place is always clean and the quality of merchandise, including food, is consistently good. The only thing that concerns me is the constant turnover of employees.
