After waiting 6 months for a bedroom and dining room set the craftsman finally shipped it and used XPO. Worst decision ever. My bedroom set came broken on the pallet and my dining set mysteriously disappeared, How in the world do you lose a 7 foot dining room table and chair set. Sounds awefully fishy to me. Its not like it was a long haul for these items either. They only had to go from Missouri to Iowa!.
