The movers/technicians are just leaving my driveway. They were EXCELLENT. They called to apologize for being late, but actually arrive almost 30 minutes early (which was fine). They did a walk through of everything, asked questions, were very kind and professional. Throughout the job they checked with me when they had questions. They took apart my NordicTrack elliptical and moved it from the second floor to the basement. There was minor noise with the move and no damage was done to my walls, baby gate, decor or home. They totally put the equipment back together, including the pieces that I had removed prior to deciding I needed to hire a professional. They plugged in the machine, had me test everything, gave me some tips on maintenance and after paperwork was completed the whole process took less than an hour and 45 minutes. I initially thought the price was high, but realized that hiring anyone else could have resulted in my equipment not functioning properly, my home being destroyed and me regretting my decision to "go cheap."
