I just enjoyed an egg white omelet with toast and hash browns that was cooked very nicely, not oily, and tasted great. Perhaps the most charming feature of this cafe was being waited on by I presume the owner's elementary school daughter. Completely adorable. Considering the food, the ambiance, and the service, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great breakfast!

This is owned and managed by a mother daughter team. The team is excellent they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The weekend buffet is amazing especially during breakfast.

First time here. Very clean and roomy. Table are not bunched together, room to breathe. Waitress did an awesome job. Food was very good. Kinda busy at the time we ate, wife's pancake wasnt very warm so the refunded the price and asked us to try them again. We will for sure.

I travel for work....I don't always have time to wait for a good meal to be prepared for me. I called this morning to Tina's after the other breakfast place in Iola told me I would have a 45 minute wait for a carry out of biscuits n gravy and crisp hasbrowns TO GOx2. We called Tina's instead. Tina's took great care of us this morning and we thank you for helping us out with an amazing quick fast homemade breakfast we could grab n enjoy on the road. You have new faithful customers in us...count on seeing us again real soon. We highly recommend this tiny restaurant with awesome food and wonderful service. Thank you Tina's 🤘

What a lovely hometown diner. Tina's Place delivers perfectly the local atmosphere and good food. This is a breakfast and lunch only place so come hungry but come early. The decor brings the interior to life with interesting focal points of the area. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and could not believe me eyes when it was brought out to the table. This was a serious burger, 1/2 lb of fresh ground beef, lightly seasoned and equipped with a decent amount of trimmings on the side. Very good! But before the food and before the decor I could really see that Tina's Place was well cared for, the place was exceptionally clean. Very important point to consider. It is a family ran establishment and the family pride is quite evident. They welcome you at the door and treat you like you've been there every day. Plenty of free parking with handicap access inside and out.

By far the best steak I've had in ages. Had the KC Strip and it was tender & cooked absolutely the way I ordered (Medium Rare). The portions are very generous and it even comes with a salad bar. More importantly... The service was outstanding! Family owned and operated. Food cooked by Mom (aka Tina) in the back. And our Jackie came with a smile and a great personality. It's the perfect place to have a "home cooked" meal away from home. Tables are very spaced out and the restaurant is very clean with cool decor to make you feel like you're in Mom's kitchen. I'll definitely be back for more.

The service was GREAT! But my breading on my chicken fried steak was really crunchy on edges. It could definitely use a different breading and the curly fries didnt have seasoning. The fried okra and cauliflower were delicious! The drinks are also 32 ounces to go cups and were refilled quickly.I will eat here again and try other dinners.
