Awful experience. The man was rude and so rough, made my fingers bleed, didn’t clean under my nails or cut my cuticles before starting and rushed the whole time. I left with acrylic left all over my fingers. Was very impatient and threw my hands around. 0/10 rating. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicures

My friend and I came in today for a small bridal shower self care day, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service and quality of job done on our nails!! I got a full set shellac nails, while the bride-to-be got a gel manicure. Both of us can’t stop staring at our nails! My nail tech was super attentive to detail and truly cared about giving me what I was looking for, and my friends nails went beautifully; she loves the color. Awful. She cut my finger with the nail file, you can see my original nails on the sides and they are not all the same length. When I complained, they literally just yippee about me in their own language the shrugged their shoulders! She literally made me bleed! I will not return. On top of that, they charged me $50!! The salon I normally go to wasn’t available today. I normally would wait but I had already broken 3 nails so I wanted to get in and get them taken care of. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. I have acrylic all over my skin, some of them have acrylic completely over my cuticle and the nail bed part is higher than the rest of my finger. There is paint on my skin and they are so rough like they weren’t filed correctly. To top it off I paid as much for them as I would for the exact same design on a NEW SET at my regular salon and this was only a fill. I’m pretty sure the person who did my nails doesn’t normally do acrylics because other ppl kept coming over and trying to fix what she had done without thinking i had a clue. The first time I came here I recommend to friends. I need to take it back. Coming in today with my husband, the lady kept pointing to the $62. Pedi. I told her we both wanted the spa @$27. She hard sold me that I have to have the callous removal for both of us. I relented because of the hard sale. Cost was $37. My husband had his callous removed but the lady doing me did not use a callous remover. The trays they use was very disorganized. The place is dirty and no one in the shop communicates. I sat by the nail dryer for 5 minutes before they remembered to turn it on. It is hard to find good nail salons in Kansas. I need to find another place.
