Disappointing and very frustrating experience, and ultimately never received our order. We placed an order for couches through Horton's furniture store in December, 2020. We were told at the time we ordered that it would likely be 8 to 10 weeks. It is now the second week of August, 2021, and still no couches. We have received the ultimate runaround, horrible customer service, with nothing but excuses and "I don't know" responses. Now they are blaming the delivery service. Buyer BEWARE. Bought a LaCrosse sectional and paid $3500 for it. Have had nothing but issues with the leather. Dye will not hold. Very disappointed with the quality for spending alot of money. I think we should have been given a new couch not keep telling us to dye the fabric. The dye holds for 2 weeks and comes off. Now the couch has a peeling effect. Not happy when we have spent alot of money on something that should last. We have no kids and this couch has been the worst piece of furniture we have owned. I think we should either get money back or give us a new couch!

I purchased the Tiburon leather sofa and loveseat less than 2 years ago paying over $2700.00. We are a 2 person household--retired, no kids. Within the first year both seat and back cushions began to break down. Several months ago noticed the actual leather finish was coming off in places leaving pinkish spots on the chocolate brown leather. This continued to worsen so I contacted LaCrosse on the contact page on their website. I also contacted the store where I purchased that advised me I would not get a response from LaCrosse because they did not communicate with customers. Correct. The store did come to see and photograph the damage. They said it was doubtful LaCrosse would do anything. I heard from the dealer today after several weeks and sure enough LaCrosse said they will do nothing. Of course they only warranty leather for one year so I have no options for a remedy. In my personal opinion good quality leather properly dyed would never wear this way in such a short time. This set replaced one over 20 years old that had NO worn pink spots. My opinion is this company produces cheap furniture with low quality leather and I will never buy anything made by them again.

Do NOT waste your money on LaCrosse brand!!! We bought 2 leather recliners that we paid $1000.00 for and within a year and a half, the backs of the chairs where our heads rested started peeling! Before they were 2 years old the mechanics inside both of them broke! We are in our 60s and the only people living in our home. We are clean freaks and take very good care of our belongings! I’m furious because LaCrosse would not stand behind their products!! SHAME ON YOU FOR MANUFACTURING LOUSY MERCHANDISE!!

This is a reply to LaCrosse Furnitures reply to my review! The recliners we purchased have YOUR name on them! I can’t post a pic or I would. The tag says: LaCrosse - craftsmanship with style!!! Obviously you are agreeing the furniture is not manufactured well because it’s made in China. So could you please explain to us why in the world you put YOUR NAME ON IT!
