I would not bother with them again. Did a phone order for take out. Was informed they no longer have the surf n turf on their menu but would have all the makings to do it. I proceeded to make the order and was told a total. Then my husband went to pick it up and was charge 10 bucks more than I was quoted. We didn't get half our order either. When my husband got home (live 15 miles away) I find these issues and called. A female answered and immediately handed the phone to the male who took my order. I explained what my issues were and he was very curt to say the least. Stated he forgot the additional cost of the shrimp on the meals and the cook forgot the additional items. The cook comment was after he tried telling me the salad is one of the sides offered. Yet when placing the order he said salad and two sides. I reminded him of what he said and he got very touchy and rude about it. Then tried to continue to blame the cook who was apparently the only one working. My husband was eager to get the steak because it was his birthday and we don't get to enjoy steak very much. He ate about 3 bites and had to stop. They overseasoned the steak and macaroni and cheese. He is really disappointed and so am I. Menu needs updated. Food was over seasoned and overcooked, rude employee and lousy customer service!

Be sure to keep this bar and grill on your list of places to go. This is a must any time you are in the area or take a jaunt to Lyons to check it out. The menu is tempting overall. Our burgers were delicious ("The Judge" and "The Juror" were our choices during this visit.) Seasoned waffle fries, yummm. (Try them with ranch!) The service was friendly, personable, and attentive. (We did not order any alcoholic beverages during this visit.) Thank you, County Seat; can't wait to return! Parking: On street parking in front of County Seat as well as on remainder of the block. No parking problems.

I just stopped in and a beer and to talk to one of the girls that works there. But I will go back sometime and eat then I will let you know what I think about the place again. But from what I could tell it's a good place to eats a have a few drinks.

We really liked the Mac & cheese bites that we had for an appetizer. Then followed by drinks & supper. Food was excellent "as always" Tim & Marie

5 stars for shure me and my bro came in today for wings and Arnold Palmers and the young ladies at this bar and grill had the most amazing attitudes and service I really appreciate it coming back soon for some more food

It was very busy and we called in a to go order. Almost an hour wait. The staff were very apologetic and they got the order correct, but just a long wait. Food was very good though.

Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. They had a unique way of serving their fries in little fry baskets and had washable service ware that I liked because of the environment friendly touch. Food needs improvement.

Steak was great quality and cooked perfectly. Great choice of appetizers. Good service especially since we were a table of 9. Needs updated menus as some items were not available anymore. A definite good choice to eat here though. Will definitely come back.
