I was at this Arby's the day before as well and it was awesome.....but, today I went and I didn't have the same experience. They were out of roast beef and turkey, which really limits the choices. I was going to just leave, but I gave the chicken bacon ranch a chance, unfortunately I got the wrong sandwich , it had honey mustard and I asked for no lettuce and it had lettuce. I wasn't going to really complain about the roast beef and turkey issue, but not getting the right sandwich opened the door. Orange cream milkshake was awesome again, but not enough to overcome their issues.

me and my husband went on Thursday and he got one of their corned beef ruben things only because when we pulled up they said they had NO ROAST BEEF AND THEY WERE OUT OF TURKEY!! anyways, he got his meal ($10) and we went to sit it walmart parking lot to eat before we went in because he previously got me tacos. when he took a bite he instantly spat it out. he said that it was super chewy and tasted gross. then we looked at it and the meat was so pink. he wrapped it back up, got his fries and ate a few of those. after that he lost his appetite for the night. we went in to walmart and I called Arbys to tell them. they didn’t answer the first time but they did the second. I spoke with the manager and we were given a full refund. I would just not suggest going to this arbys after 9pm

Orange cream milkshake is awesome! Staff at this lo action were very friendly and the food came out fast. The place looked very clean.

Food and service are what you'd expect for Arby's, but I'd recommend double checking your drive through order before leaving because my family goes here fairly often and close to 10% of the time they've either forgotten something or (less frequently), have given us an incorrect item altogether. They've always been good about fixing the mix up, but the inconvenience of having to go through again, or worse yet, if you've trusted them to get it right and unknowingly hit the road again can be frustrating.

Fast service and the food was awesome!!! Long line of cars around the building but it only took me 18 minutes to the window and I was all on the opposite side of the store when I started in line!!! Mngr Angie Mcmullin was really nice and made sure everything was good before I left!!! That team was really awesome at getting good hot food out quickly and order's perfect!!! Just don't see many restaurants that have really good help and care about how they do their work and patience with customers!!!!!!! 100% go ARBY'S IN BEREA!!!!!!!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE GOOD FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE 👍 👌

I went to the drive thur tonight order 8 regular roast beef sandwiches. I thought I got the right amount (took forever thur the drive thur this was around 6 pm and it was busy) when I look in the bag and I counted them I thought I had a right amount in them. When I got home I had just seven it wasn't worth the trip driving back to get the one sandwich and didn't think the restaurant would believe me too. It is kind of sad that people working there can't even count. I look at my order more closely the next time I order thur the drive thur

I just went through the drive thru heading to my kids practice and got us food every thing about my order was wrong! Worst experience there ever first we were supposed to have meals two of those were not made meals then we added cheddar to those that were supposed to be meals and got a dang regular piece of cheese on our roast beef left off drinks no sauce for our buffalo wings
