This location used to be okay. Went under new ownership and prices went up and service went down. Two days in a row they aren't taking orders. One of the days I sat in a full line and they did not communicate to anyone waiting that they were not taking orders. Although a person with an online order did get through to someone, everyone else was sitting there waiting for something thet was never going to come. At least tell the customers if you're going to close early or stop taking orders.

Unfortunately I cannot show the photo of the one in my hamburger because I already spit that out. Regardless here is a photo of my water with over 5 individual hairs on it. 2 of them being in the actual water it’s self. On top of that I showed up before the three cars that came after me and somehow they all got there orders before me. Normally don’t like to post about this kind of thing but I highly suggest to not go to this location. Over 6 times I’ve had issues with getting cut in like by rude customers. Or poorly trained staff doesn’t understand how to find a quarter pounder on there menu so I get stuck in the line while others pass me.

I went to the store on Linn Station Rd on Sunday 7/31 and ordered 2 Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese meals. When I got home I had 2 regular Quarter Pounder w/Cheese meals. I searched for the phone number for this location only to discover that it is no longer in service. I can't find the number to this store anywhere. Needless to say I won't be back.

Disappointing service that took over 18 minutes to put a cold piece of chicken on a bun I do emphasize the cold part because it was not a fresh off Broiler it was probably at discard time judging from the coldness. I say this because I ordered a plain McChicken which should be the easiest thing in the universe to make

Thank you for asking I had got off work dying for something to eat a nice chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and tomatoes on it instead I got a dry overcooked piece of chicken no mayonnaise no dressing no lettuce no tomatoes just three dry pickles and my drink taste like two different drinks! So if you want to spend $10.00 on something like that go ahead but I'm not ever going back there again. I called McDonald's and I talked with the manager, She said that that particular chicken sandwich had been changed to compete with Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich that only comes with pickle and no mayonnaise, but I don't remember McDonald's telling anyone that the chicken sandwich changed! And I'm sorry McDonald's but you could never compete with Chick-fil-A!

Got our order completely wrong... left out a large fry, gave us a diet coke instead of a regular, and forgot another large coke completely. When told that we should have another large coke the girl at the window was extremely rude and asked for a receipt. Before we could answer, the window was slammed shut. She came back shortly with the coke and rudely shoved it towards us with the lid only half on. Absolutely horrible experience. Time was around 1:30-40 on 3/19

From all the McDonald's I've ever visited, this location has the nicest employees I've ever witnessed at a McDonald's. We came through during a lunch rush and there was a line, but the employees moved quickly. All employees were cheerful and polite. The food was hot and tasted fresh. We don't eat McDonald's a ton and we aren't in the area of this location very often, but we both will be visiting again if we are in the area and need a quick bite to eat.

This McDonald's had great service. The manager Antoinette was very nice and the service was awesome. They have a new kiosk system I nevered used but the manager came from behind the counter to greet and assist me. As well as other customers. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best experience at McDonalds in a long time.
