I was taken care of right away even while showing up earlier than my scheduled appointment. I recommend anybody else to go here and you will be satisfied with the service.

I am appalled at this Kroger’s lack of customer service skills. From pharmacy techs to the pharmacist, everyone I have dealt with has shown a lack of professionalism. There have been multiple instances, but the last couple have left me extremely disappointed. I was in the store and the pharm tech helping me kept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing...she made it very apparent she did not want to be helping me. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Another instance they were out of the medicine we needed. They did not contact me to tell me they did not have this medicine. Instead waited until we were there to pick up the medicine to inform us they would not be filling it until the following week. I called this pharmacy many times to see if we could get it transferred to the same pharmacy across town who had the medicine in stock. Instead of helping me they just hung up. They continue to hang up on me several times after this, then denied ever speaking to me. I am extremely disappointed Kroger would allow a lack of professionalism to this magnitude.

Called to get some information on pricing medications(6/13/19 - 11:50am). The girl who answered phone was rude & had attitude. Talked with the pharmacist to see costs of new prescriptions and he just dodged my questions & referred me to my insurance provider. Will not ever use this pharmacy with the poor customer service. I get that it's hard to find anyone willing to work but Kroger should not let some people deal with customers!

Normally, there is an extremely long waiting time for pick ups. 2.5 hour wait the last few days. Very friendly staff that go the extra mile as far as customer service goes. Overall a nice pharmacy.

INCOMPETENT !!!!! NO stars for this one. Rude hateful pharmacist who just walked off from me after she said she could not fill a prescription from a dentist. She apparently had problems with the doctor, and took her frustrations out on me. Don't know what her problems are but she was rude and hateful, so I will not be using them again. Please Kroger put some competent people in there to wait on customers or at least ones that can try to be nice.
