I love the service department and the friendly staff. Larry Singleton helps make your visit very personal and pleasant. We get our vehicles serviced here and buy gasoline here!! Great customer service and a pleasant experience every time.

Unbelievably lackadaisical service.... we had a 24 hour pickup reservation scheduled.... three different Uhaul agents confirmed with the location that the truck is staged and ready to. We call a fourth time later in the day to confirm because we are coming 8n from out of town... we get there in the early am to find the truck got our key back out of the lockbox and locked it inside their facility thus leaving us stranded. The train is gone, there isn't a taxis service in the county, and we are stranded. This was malicious and deliberate. With our trucking business we have had to rent many Uhauls all over the country. But HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A SCENARIO LIKE THIS! This dealer also operates a service station in town... you citizens need to understand what kind of people operate this business... I would seriously think twice and again before ever allowing anyone as negligent as this do ANY MECHANICAL WORK ON MY VEHICLE WHATSOEVER! THIS IS UTTERLY APPALLING!
