Awful. I asked to enter my rewards at checkout for the promo. He made the screen skip it and told me to put in my card, I said I need to enter my number he got verbally irritated and removed all items and he said “never mind”, I looked at him, I said what? He said “don’t look at me”. I left all the items as he refused to ring them back up. And here is the review I said I would do.

I do Uber/ Lyft. I stopped here and was going to reset my app. Since sometimes out by the airport the signal can be choppy. I parked out of the way to take care of this. Then I was going to get a drink and fill up the car. The Shell store owner came out and started yelling at me that Uber/Lyft no sit there. Believe me never going there again. First off the gas was $5.30 here this morning. Every where else was $4.67

Total rip-off. This place has some of the highest gas prices I've ever seen. I'm guessing the location is just there to gouge ppl returning rental cars. If you can avoid it, save your money.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I was driving through and fill up with gas here. Woke up the next morning to denied charges on my same card. Bunch of scammers.

The owner was extremely rude and treated me poorly for absolutely no reason. If I could give this a negative five stars I would. I stopped there to use the restroom, only because it was an emergency and I didn't know where else I could find an accessible restroom before my destination. First of all, neither restroom door worked properly. They should have been simple push button locks, but neither one would engage as it should. The owner practically argued with me in my attempt to find a private restroom. And also didn't think too much of my attempt to prove to him that neither door worked as expected. I do not see how this place gets any sort of repeat business. If they expect any, they need to calm down, keep the place in better maintenance, and understand that most customers do not want to be walked in on while using a private restroom and therefore expect locks to work properly or else they will find one that does. Biggest mistake of my day. Also, ¡muy loco hermano!

Came in as a usual customer got gas purchased snacks and used the bathroom. as I was in the bathroom the employee/owner rudely started knocking on the door rushin me to get out the bathroom. I really felt violated I didnt know there was a time limit on peeing . Aside from that he proceeded to harras my family and rush us out the store. I will be contacting corporate

The owner was extremely rude for no reason the bathroom was nasty and the owner was rude the the other three customers that where not even with me. I would hope for a more responsible representative of the business.

I walked inthis gas station/store and the owner, looking like a goody good meaning He thinks hes better than, looked at me ans said, you buy anything or??? Now my gas tank was on E andi was very hungry so i planned to spend alot of money but the way this man approached me made me feel very disrespected, judge, upset that someone would act this way toward me for no reason. So I turned around and walked out and took my business elsewhere. I'm not sure if it was my long hair or my cut up jeans. So I asked him in his remark is" shut up you no talk no more" ;....

When I entered the gas station on 10/25/2019 about 9 pm to prepay for my gas, a guy behind a counter top called me 'boss'. I corrected him that I was not his boss and I was just his costumer. He said if I do not want him to call me boss he can call me "nothing". It was so rude. Of course I left. I suspected he was a owner and he did not like my Jewish face.

I'm not one to post a negative review but my experience was bad enough that I thought it would be important to share. The smell of the store was very strong and unpleasant...kinda hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. The women's restroom was disgusting. You could see that the floor and surfaces had been wiped down but not with any kind of cleaner. The toilet brush sitting by the side of the toilet was covered in feces and touching the floor. I had to hold my shirt over my nose the entire time I was in the store. Oh, and if you happen to be a truck driver, I wouldn't go anywhere near this place...the county and the businesses are very much against trucks being on that road. I'm not sure how they get their goods. USE AT OWN RISK We will never return.
