A Ballard County landmark, in business for some 70 years now, and still serving some of the best catfish you'll ever find. The current owners for the past 15 or so years are of Greek heritage and have added some of their unique flavors to the menu.

Blue grass in la center ky. Food is far from good. Breakfast this morning was horrible, couldn’t eat my omelet it was burnt so badly. Didn’t eat the biscuits ether but they still charged for the biscuits but took the omelet off the bill. Now I understand why people joke and call it the slop bucket in the la center. Staff was rude.

Their food is so good. I love their catfish and their gyro. They also have a Penne A La Vodka pasta dish that is amazing. What is even better than their food is their service. They treat you like family, especially the owners. They are incredibly sweet and loving people.

Wow! What a comeback! Hadn't been here in a while and was apprehensive. But what an experience. Awesome food, huge portions, great taste. Super clean, attentive service. We'll be back!

When we are in the part of KY we make sure we stop here. Everything is excellent. Catfish is great, must have the fried green tomatoes. You won't be hungry for dessert but i recommend to get the sawdust pie to go.

Conveniently located on US 60, the staff is very friendly and I think everyone they know gets a hug. The salad bar was fresh and the two piece catfish dinner was delicious 😋 came with salad bar, and I ordered steamed veggies too. The service was prompt and courteous. If I'm in town again, I'm going back. 😋😋
