This pharmacy is the busiest for this once small town area that seems to have tripled overnight. But you will still find the most caring pharmacist, and the pharmacy techs are always pleasant & helpful. I moved out here almost seven years ago & was a Rite Aid customer, which I loved. When Walgreens bought Rite Aid & they thought patients would be forced to stay with Walgreens and their ridiculous policies, making patients feel like criminals, thinking they have the right to question why a script was written, & thinking they have the authority to deny a patient the medication a doctor prescribed even though said medication is covered under patients insurance, patient has never had this medication prior to current script. I could go on & on, but instead I'll just say Ms Sherry is amazing, as well as the other techs! And since this is a pharmacy I'll add this .... treat others as you wanted to be treated. Don't go up there screaming at these wonderful people, (very short staffed & working long hours) because your pain meds aren't due for refill for two more days. Who's fault is that, really?

Rude rude rude. First time coming here and they will tell you they have everything in stock, come back at this time and pick up. Oh no.. Not that easy. I'm crying due to all the stress of the mix ups they are telling me. He says go sit down and he will get it ready then I can go home and relax. Still crying I finally check out and says... Have a great day! As tears fall. I didnt feel any empathy. Just rudeness. Never again will I go back!

Made appointment online for my 16 year old daughter's Covid booster shot. When we arrived to the appointment, the lady behind the counter told me she needed my id, daughter's covid card, and insurance. I handed her everything she asked for and then she said Kroger doesn't vaccinate 16 year olds. I told her I registered online and Kroger's website says they do vaccinate 16 year olds. Her response was, "yeah I don't know why it says that but we don't, sorry". She then turned and walked away. Terrible customer service!!

Simply terrible. Terrible at not answering the phone, ever. Terrible at shutting down the drive thru when you've waited for 30 minutes so you have to stand in line for another hour. Just the king of Terrible when it comes to pharmacies.

Wonderful. I was there on 09/05. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The Pharmacist even came out, offered advice, and answered questions. Based on some past posts, I suppose everyone has bad days or hires someone who turns out to be a bad fit for the role. My experience with them yesterday was 100% top notch.

They are SLOW. Went inside to the pharmacy on a Tuesday night after I had called in a prescription the day before. The pharmacy worker told me it would be ready the next day, on Wednesday, at noon. That was fine by me. I got to the drive thru at 5pm, well after when it should be ready. One of the pharmacy workers told me it was canceled and not refilled. I did not cancel it nor did my doctor. So she told me she would put it on high priority for 7pm. Came back at 7pm with the drive thru FULL of cars. While waitintg in line, it did not move at all. So now my boyfriend is currently inside trying to get my prescription. It has been 30 minutes and he still hasn’t come back out. Will definitely switch from Kroger, they are incompetent at their jobs.

I went for my second COVID vaccine and they were RUDE RUDE RUDE. They (pharmacist and tech I believe) first said they couldn't give it to me because of the time frame between the first and second was too long. They told me I needed my Doctor to approve it. I called my doctor and she APPROVED it and didn't understand why they didn't want to give it me. Meanwhile I have my 2-year-old yelling while I'm trying to make phone calls. I told them my doctor said it was ok and they they told me to wait. I waited for another 20-30 minutes with a 2-year-old only for the rude lady to tell me my insurance card wasn't valid and I need to call them. I called my insurance and they said it was fine. I was OVER dealing with these people that seemed to be on some type of power trip telling people NO. So here is the best part, I went to the Shepherdsville Kroger and got the vaccine with no question, my insurance was fine and they were NICE!!!! I will never go to this pharmacy again. These people are on a different level of rude. Do yourself a favor and go to Shepherdsville.

If anone out there is genuinely interested in wasting half the day, visit this pharmacy! I could get a doctorate, join a pharmaceutical lab, and come up with my own medication before reaching the drive-through to get my already-filled medication’s. The whole purpose of the drive-through is to alleviate the congestion from inside. It is supposed to be a quick, and seamless operation. You should never have to wait more than five or six minutes per car. If that is the case, either someone inside is doing something wrong, or the person getting the prescriptions doesn’t understand or care about anyone else behind them. Do not recommend, do not go, unless you seriously want to get high blood pressure and have another medication prescribed for you.

I honestly wouldn’t even rate them one star. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and that’s saying something as an ex military spouse that has encountered the Naval Medical centers. I’ve never seen anything like it. It always takes nearly an hour. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. Not to mention they will short you on your prescription and act like it’s your problem!

I agree with another reviewer that one particular employee must hate their job. I just got spoken to so rudely by an employee (this isn't the first time either) and gave it right back to them. If they can't speak to patients with more respect, they have no business working this job, or at least not interacting with patients. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years (including as a Pharmacy Tech), and never in my life would I have ever talked to anyone like the way that I was just spoken to - especially someone whom helps give business to my employer. Wow! I think I may try to find another pharmacy now. I will not be talked to that way.
