Worst place ever had package deliverd they gave it to some one else they say nothing they can do cause I don't know what it was .. even though I have usps app showing delivery and tracking . They brush me off saying nothing they can do . There theifs

Not only did they send my divorce papers to my neighbors I didn't get my electric bill for about 6 months after it was due. I get mail for my neighbors all the time. And my neighbors get mine. But today I'm at my limit. I recieved a big envelope in my tiny lock box mail box. Its 12 inches by 10 inches. It was stuffed in that tiny box with a huge PHOTOS DO NOT BEND on the front. It clearly just by size shouldnt have been placed in the mail box. When I call I was told no manager or supervisor was there. I was also told I would get a call back once she talked to the carrier. IF YOUR EMPLOYEES AREN'T GOING TO DO THEIR JOB GET EMPLOYEES THAT WILL PLEASE.

only reason i gave it one star is because i had to been on hold for 30 minutes still no answer to even usps let alone pville po ....hire someone that will work already

Ordered a Birthday gift for my son which should have been delivered. It said it was out for delivery yesterday morning for sometime that day. Notice today on Amazon said that they tried to deliver. NO, They most certainly did not, someone was home all day! Also there was no notice left at my address for pickup. Now I've had to track my package down and find out where it's at and why nobody left me a letter for pickup, or why they didn't just leave my item on my front porch! (Rolls Eyes) I called the number, the automated system is garbage and I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone.

I had a po box could not get my mail. I was always getting others mail in my box and vice versa. So now we have it delivered to our fiscal address. So now we can't get mail in or out in a timely manner. Sometimes takes two weeks to get mail in or out. And a lot of times we don't even get it. So have been forced to do all our business on line.

Customer service is pitiful, line is always to the door and the hours are inconvenient. Wish I could mail packages from home so I never had to go into that building again.

I live less than 2 miles from this place yet they failed to deliver a package that was guaranteed delivery. They had received the package at around 12:30 pm but did not deliver or let me know that it was there until it was to late to pick it up. I was suppose to be out of state for the holidays and the package was a gift,so thanks to this place and the seller they ruined Christmas for me and my loved ones. One other thing I forgot to mention is that they had posted a message at around noon time that there was a delay at 5:30 pm. How do you know that there will be a delay over 5 hours before it happens unless you plan it. This place should be closed down or hire a complete new staff ridiculous for a USPS

At least once a month I have to call to see where my mail is or they put in neighbors mail box. Worst mail service of any place I've lived.

my mail lady will pull in other peoples drive and blow her horn but when it comes to any of my mail that wont fit in box she wont even leave the yellow paper saying it wouldnt fit. to come get it at post office. i have to keep checking my tracking then call them. i have to go there and pick it up.
