David Pleasant was so patient and very nice! I had about 25 certified letters going out, he handled it like a pro! Thanks again!

This is a rural area. People have long driveways. Mail carrier will stuff packages in mail box, almost breaking it (honestly pretty much did one day) so as not to drive down driveway. But, today was a new one. I think it'd be easier to just drive down and drop off on porch than tie to the pole. We didn't even notice it for who knows how many days.... Like who does this with someone's mail?? They just tied it... It's easy to miss too. 🤦♀️

They will not drop our packages off at our house. They leave a note saying “pet interference” which is weird because our dogs won’t even be outside at the time they are delivering. If they are outside, they are in the gated part where they can’t get to the driveway. I’m sick of having to drive to the post office every time I order something because someone doesn’t want to put in the time to drive up the driveway.

The worst!!! Refused to pick up or drop off mail when it was snowing a few years ago and today did not pickup click-n-ship prepaid box. Have zero faith in this service. So frustrating.
