Stopped here traveling from Kentucky to Mississippi. I was already back on i65 and 10 miles away before I realized they served me a chicken chalupa and not beef although the order on the receipt was correct. After waiting 20 minutes for the food, my $13 was wasted and I was left hungry. Called and no apology or refund was issued.

We frequent taco bell weekly. But we usually go to the one in the town over due to this location in the past messing up our order. Today was no different. In fact much worse. We took a chance and sent my mother. At first, she ordered wrong and when she got to the window she handed them the paper it was written on so they would have it right. They ended up giving us an extra item since they had started making it at the speaker while she was ordering. The woman at the window was rude and my mother is getting over neurological issues due to a recent accident she was in. She couldnt understand her clearly because of that fact, thats another reason why my mother gave her the paper at the window to ensure everything was correct. When I called back I asked who I was speaking to. The manager was instantly rude. Just told me he was the manager and didnt give me a name. I explained to him the problem and the extra item. He insisted the order was correct because he made it. Even though the order was in front of me and clearly wrong. He also acted like it was okay due to the extra item. Which I didnt understand. He also kept rudely interrupting me and raising his voice when I was trying to speak and the woman in the background kept insisting it was right as well. The problem could have been easily handled. But they picked another route over a $43.00 order. They also put 8 empty Quesadilla bags inside our order for some reason. Which I couldn't explain to the manager since he was talking over me. We will be contacting corporate over how rude and disrespectful the manager and employee was to their costumers. Especially to a costumer with a health condition.

Nice and fast service. Pretty cut and dry taco bell. The drive through itself sucks so it's easier to go inside that to curb a wheel lol. Food was warm and fresh.

Update your times if anything for truck drivers. It's 1023 pm and according to the time on google your restaurant is opened. It's not drive thru is. From working at restaurants with drive thru I know it's not permitted to order on foot from the drive thru. I'm so glad I wasn't hungry for something that wasn't in a can

Very clean and professional for a Taco Bell. I’ve been there 4-5 times now and no issues. Staff is always fast and friendly. There is a truck stop connected to it so there is truck parking.

I come to this location often & usually nothing is wrong with my food. The people are friendly and the service is quick. Although today I ordered, got my food, left & when I opened the bag my taco was literally wet. Like dripping wet. There's no way the person packing my food didn't know that they were serving a soggy wet taco. I've tried to call several times and my calls either go ignored or the line says its busy. I work in the service industry so I understand when mistakes happen but this was pure negligence & not answering the phone only furthers that on their part. Very disappointed.

It's the best Taco Bell I've been to. The inside is very clean but nothing special. I live in Smiths Grove and have been here numerous times and have never gotten a wrong order and the food quality is excellent.
