We rented small box truck for Saturday and Sunday. After loading it we realized there were roaches in the back. We unloaded the truck and took the truck back early as I was not going to move items in a truck with roaches crawling in the back. They would not discount or refund for the day early that we returned it. She only said she had used it and didn’t see any roaches. We will not use this place again and will not refer anyone to this place. If you rent from them check the truck prior to leaving the lot for roaches.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES rented U-Haul truck for the weekend. Noticed there was roaches in truck. Soooo took it back, explained to girl why returned it early. Drove it total 20 miles. NO discount, NO refund …. Sooooo beware of roaches IF they have them in their trucks you can bet they be in their little Venders mall, their kitchen , their laundry mat ….

Friendly people. One of my nephews drove from KY to OH. He noticed something off with it. About 1/2 way here, we stopped & he checked the tires. The front driver tire was bigger than it should have been. Other than that, everything went great. He forgot to mention the tire when he dropped it off next day tho. Sorry!

I dropped off the truck quick and easy. Just a little tight to get into the parking lot, since it is also a laundromat.

Super nice. Always clean inside... it is a laundry too. Lots of box sizes for moving. They have mirror boxes.

Poor customer service, didn't supply the dollys that was paid for, truck was dirty and damaged had to get the type of dolly needed for the job from a separate company all together and the information on returning equipment was confused and inaccurate, all together very unsatisfying experience

Rating and review is for the attached laundromat. It is clean, quiet and the staff is great. It is small and closes kinda early though (5 pm), which might be a drawback for some people.
