Jeff and his staff worked fast and efficiently to service a camper that I bought from another dealer... the dealer where I purchased the camper would not schedule an appointment for me.. I called 23 camper sales and they got me in so I would not have to cancel my camping trip .. I had a leak in my ceiling and my refrigerator was not working... Jeff and his staff corrected both problems for me !! I truly appreciate their concern and understanding about helping someone out!!! I would highly recommend anyone that was in the market for a camper to go there!

Buyer beware, These people sold me a camper with extreme damage that is going to cost me $1000's to fix . I was told that the service manager had inspected the roof and seals and everything looked great. The unit was parked so that the ladder was not accessible so I could not climb up and look for myself. When I got it home and got on the roof the sealant was cracked all the way through, the driver side metal strip that joins the roof with the front shell was pulled away by quit a bit and there was extreme damage to the roof to the point of it being soft. Owner said if I would bring it back they would see what they could do but no guarantees of what they would be willing to do. I live about 5 hours away and can not just run up to see what they say. I send these pictures and the response I got back was "Wow, Cant believe that!!" No help there. They lied to my face and dont really think they should do anything.

Sent my camper to be worked on. After 3000.00 dollars I have a leaky, moldy ceiling. I wouldn't recommend at all!

Was very interested in a camper drove a hour To look at it owner wouldn’t even talk to us so we left and called later inquiring about a credit app and they said it was a misunderstanding said the camper had been sold for over a week. Would not recommend this place. Not a way to run a business.

RUN... I Would NEVER buy anything from them! A dear friend (elderly christian couple) has been done so bad, still no heat or hot water(hot water heater even had sand in it and was supposed to be a new one she paid them for!! ..several trips and at least $2000.+ on a new 2017 camper! We camped with her in Sept. she had issues they were supposed to fix, then in April and it was worse than before, now this week and it was so much worse than when she first took it in!!! I hope she gets a good attorney and goes after them, also files with the Better Business Bureau! SHAME on 23 CAMPER SALES!!!
