Equipment is usually broke. Went the other day, wouldn't let me use my card, no sign posted that it didn't work. Called the number associated with the business, was disconnected. My advice is to drive down the road about 5 minutes and go to a better wash and business who takes care of the equipment.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Used car wash, left streaks where brushes did not clean, and bug mess left on car. How do businesses get away with this?

Took $5 of mine in quarters from broken vacuum machines and vending machines out of drying towels/air fresheners. Left obvious, horrible scratches on my car. This car wash should be torn down and out of business, not to mention should have to pay for damage to people’s cars. They are absolutely horrible, DO NOT go here.

Hands down the worst automatic car wash you can ever go through. It’s so old and outdated, if you want dents and scratches on your car that’s the place to go. Damaged my front bumper ( almost took it off ) and scratched the body all over. Left with soap and scratches I’m so mad, owners need to update all equipments if they want to stay in business

I paid for the most expensive wash, drove in (got coated with soap as I entered) and then nothing happened. I had to drive several miles to another carwash to spray all the soap off. I watched two cars after me, and the same thing happened to them. I tried to call the listed phone number which is actually TJ Maxx's number. Something seems very sketchy. I will never go back. Wish I could give it ZERO stars. How can this place still be in business when it seems other reviewers are saying the same thing? I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I have had my money stolen twice out of wet towel machine. The vacuum last a whole 45 seconds and the fragrance and shampoo never works correctly. Their change machine worked on one of my bills and didn't give me all four quarter. Nothing but a bunch of thieves.This place is terrible! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!

Last time I was there I paid for a car wash and it wouldn't start. I called the phone number on the sign and left a message and never heard back. Ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank.

Don't waste your money. I only came here because Mr. Car wash in Newport was closed. This place doesn't even leave your car clean. It mostly just sprays water and just a little bit of soap.
