Been banking there since I was 16.Changed names a few times.I go in there every week and all the sudden nobody knows me in there,even two people I know that did.Asked to see my ID in a rude sounding way,said she dont know me.Cant bother or have common sense enough to pull me up and see that I come there every Friday. Drive thru has progressively gotten worse.25 min for 2 cars,,cmon. Now it is a sorry excuse for a bank,,close it down or do it right BB&T. Jasper branch would be a good model.,,,PS.I did have my ID,and thats the first time since 16 years old at that branch the that I was made to show it,,,Im almost 50 now. ~Michael
