After 9 failed attempts to contact an employee of the store, I made a 15+ mile trip to the store. Once inside I continued calling but I could not hear it ring. No one was available at the counter so I proceeded to shout "hello"! An employee appeared and asked if she could help me. I told her I needed to pick up a Western Union. She replied "we don't do those no moe". I asked if the phone works in the store and the reply was "idk"! Wasted trip! ~Kiki
