It has really gone downhill since it first opened. You cannot ever find a organized and clean, safe store. It is cluttered with unpacked merchandise on rolling shelving. There are empty shelves everywhere. You can’t even get to the merchandise you want to buy. Is there no General or District Manager to make an unannounced visit? When it is busy, the lines can get ridiculous. Employees should take their cigarette break when it is slow! ~K
