I called to inquire the Saturday $5 off for a $25 purchase. Their store phone was busy for almost five minutes. I spoke with a very nice man named Jack who explained to me that this store for the $5 Saturday discount you must have a coupon. In my area of Georgia, this is certainly not the case. If you spent $25, you automatically receive a discount of $5 and no coupon is required. Sorry Roanoke family and friends!!😒 ~Stephanie

They never answer the phones. I pulled up there to get a quote because they won’t answer the phone. They were literally inside cutting up with each other instead of answering the phones. Very unprofessional and lazy. They have better prices than Advance but at least advance acts more professional ~George

Walmart pharmacy should have a policy that they should check if the prescripton is in stock before transferring an out of state prescription to their store!!! If you cared about your customers you would!! They didnt have it in stock so they told me at the end of the business day, when i had brought it in before lunch! They told me to go to emerging home care. Went there and they told me i couldnt get it transferred again within 90 days and that transfer or i needed a new prescription from a vet.i have just moved her from florida and havnt had a chance to get him seen here . My vet is florida and cannot transfer it without an alabama license. Threfore i think it is ridiculous that they dont check if it is stock before they transfer. I would have taken it somewhere else. My dog is suffering from seizures every hour and no other remedy will work..... Thanks alot ~Nick
