Penske has become a favorite for my family for the past two years and will remain our favorite truck rental company for the foreseeable future. The initial contact, rental rates, in trip service and the drop off makes the customer feel appreciated because of services and courteous employees. I have used Penske on 5 separate times to affect my family's staged moves that saved me thousands of dollars. I tip my hat to the company. Military families should call Penske first. You are VERY MUCH appreciated for your service to country Penske's appreciation keeps $$$ in your pocket. ~Michael

Price gouging and have been reported to the Attorney General. Selling products marked 99 cents for over 1.75 due to the influx of people evacuated to the area. Shame. Just so happens I work for Shell Corp in south Louisiana. Hope it was worth it. Very unprofessional establishment that will not get a dime of my money. ~Mrs.

Lots of pumps available . Employees were nice. My big issue is that there was no soap dispenser in the men's restrooms. Really gross . But they do have a sign up saying you must wash your hands before returning to work ~brian

The service was quick but if you are paying 98.00 for synthetic oil with military ID. Just to watch them pour or tap off oil in your vehicle it’s not worth that amount of money. Horrible business. They don’t tell you up front how much they are charging. I would have pulled off if they would have told me that I would have to pay that amount. Service: Oil change ~Ella
