So unprofessional, lost our package there for 3 Days! and after arguing back and forth and dealing with how rude this person could be, he found it and instead of an apology he made a ridiculous excuse why he misplaced our package, which to him just might be another package, but to us it was something very important that we couldn't deliver on time because of his negligence. This individual acts like he is doing everyone a favor being there. So frustrating, customers deserve at least some respect. ~Cesar
