I grew up around eloy and pilot always had friendly staff but now day's it's the complete opposite, it's as if they almost bark at you for coming up to the cashier instead of the automated check out, as if we're bothering them at work? Overall very rude, for future reference I wouldn't go up to the cashier unless needed and even then, be ready for a rude exchange ~Ryan
